Are utilities paid?
All utilities are paid by the resident.
What is required to move in?
A resident application, credit check and the security deposit and rent upon move in.
What is the square footage of the apartments?
The one bedrooms are 625 sq.ft and the two bedrooms are 1,250 sq.ft.
What type of lease do you offer?
The term of the contract varies with each lease. Lease terms are often able to coincide with college semester start and end dates. Please speak with our leasing manager for your specific needs.
Do you accept pets?
We do accept pets.
Is there parking on the property?
Yes, there is parking on the property for all tenants.
What is the location of the property?
We are located at 816 N. Bell Avenue in Denton, between East McKinney Street and Withers Street, just two blocks from Texas Woman's University.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit starts at $500.00.
